9th Annual Day of the Dead Altar Competition
Friday, October 31st from 6:00 to 9:30 pm
Inaugurated in 2015, our annual Day of the Dead event honors this cherished Mexican tradition while supporting local charities. Each year, the event brings together community businesses and charitable organizations to create something truly unforgettable.
Step into a magical evening at the Farm, where tradition, community, and celebration come together. Enjoy live music, captivating folkloric performances, and delicious flavors as you explore stunning altars. The night culminates with our award ceremony, where winners in categories such as Most Traditional, Most Original, and Overall Favorite are selected by a distinguished panel of five judges. Winning charities receive cash prizes, making this celebration as meaningful as it is memorable.

1.- Fiesta Full Experience – Enjoy our vibrant private area with live folkloric performances, a traditional Day of the Dead buffet, signature cocktails from the cash bar, and the much-anticipated award ceremony honoring this year’s winning altars.
2.- Savor & Celebrate – Reserve your table at Flora’s Field Kitchen, then explore the breathtaking altars before or after your meal, taking in the evening at your own pace.
3.- Stroll & Snack – Wander through the altars at your leisure. Feeling hungry or thirsty? Stop by our Cilantro Food Truck or bar stations for farm-fresh bites and refreshing drinks (available for purchase). No reservations needed.
4.- Wander & Wonder – Roam the Farm freely, admire the creativity behind each altar, and enjoy the evening however you like. No ticket or reservation required—just bring your curiosity, friends, and love for tradition.

Where will the event take place?
The altars will be displayed throughout the farm. The cocktail party and award ceremony will be hosted next to The Shops.
I have reservations at the restaurant that same day. Does that mean I have event access, too?
Your dinner reservations do not include access to the event. To attend the festivities, please purchase a ticket.
I have reservations at the restaurant but do not want to attend this event. Is that ok?
Absolutely! Enjoy your dining experience at the restaurant.
Can I see the altars without attending the cocktail party?
Yes, you can visit the farm and walk around to see the altars.
What does each ticket include?
Your ticket gives you full access to the cocktail party area, which includes all food and entertainment.
Does the ticket include drinks?
No, the ticket does not include drinks. We will have a cash bar available for you to purchase your favorite drinks.
Do I need to pay for my children?
Children ages 3–12 can purchase a ticket for $500 Mexican pesos. Kids under 3 come for free!
