Cooking Classes

A hands-on culinary experience using ingredients grown right here on the farm. Every class includes a guided farm tour, one of our signature cocktails,
a full family-style lunch, and a recipe booklet to take home.


Operating Hours and Pricing


$2,775 MXN per person (tax included)

18% service charge added for groups of 6 or more
Children 11 and under: 50% off.

Children under 5: not permitted in public classes.

Summer Season (May–September): 9:30am – 1:00pm
High Season (October–April): 10:30am – 2:00pm

A credit card is required to secure your reservation. You will not be charged until the end of your class.


Classes & Menus

Monday & Wednesday — Seasonal Tamales
Chicken tamales with hibiscus cream, guacamole, chile de árbol salsa, and Caesar salad.
⚠️ Monday is our quiet day — the restaurant, bar, shops, and grocery market are closed during the daytime.

Tuesday — Artisanal Pizza
Fresh sourdough pizza dough, house mozzarella, and seasonal farm ingredients. Lunch is a sit-down pizza spread in the garden.

Thursday — Tortillas & Traditional Antojitos
Fresh masa and corn tortillas made from scratch, fire-roasted salsas, smoky roasted poblano chiles in cream sauce, and chicken tinga. Lunch includes nopal salad, pickled onions, heirloom beans, and rice.

Friday & Saturday — Regional Salsas
Salsa tatemada, rosemary guacamole, charred habanero guacamole, and corn tortillas from scratch. Lunch is a full spread of Baja fish tacos, cilantro rice, black beans, seasonal salad, coleslaw, and key lime pie.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes — we can accommodate many dietary restrictions, including vegetarian and vegan diets in all classes.
Please notify us at least 48 hours before your class date.

Are children welcome?
Children aged 5 and up are welcome. Kids 11 and under are charged 50% of the adult price. Children under 5 are not permitted unless a private class is booked.
All guests 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult..

How many guests are in each class?
We keep classes intimate — a maximum of 16 guests per session.

Is the class indoors or outdoors?
All classes take place outdoors. The class involves standing and walking, so comfortable footwear is recommended.
Please let us know in advance if anyone in your group has mobility needs.

Can we order additional drinks during class?
Yes — additional cocktails can be requested from your host at any time.

Do you offer private classes?
Yes — private classes are available based on availability for groups of 10 or more.

Are walk-ins accepted?
We recommend reserving in advance. Walk-ins may be accommodated if spots are available due to no-shows.

How far in advance can I make a reservation?
Reservations are accepted up to 90 days in advance. For private class inquiries beyond this window,
please contact us directly at cookingclasses@flora-farms.com.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours before your class. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full value of the reservation.
