Rustic Ratatouille

Every Tuesday

Uncover the secrets behind crafting a Rustic Ratatouille. Elevate the dish with a sumptuous roasted red pepper sauce and a fragrant basil pistou, perfectly complemented by handcrafted skillet flat-bread. The culinary journey culminates in a flavorful lunch presentation, offering the option to add grilled chicken and a seasonal salad. To crown the experience, indulge in the delight of profiteroles paired with our signature homemade ice cream.

Seasonal Tamales

Every Wednesday

Experience the timeless allure of a Mexican classic—tamales. Join our class as we delve into the art of crafting and savoring chicken tamales adorned with hibiscus cream, accompanied by guacamole, chile de árbol salsa, and a refreshing Caesar salad.

Ricotta Gnocchi

Every Thursday*

We'll master the creation of artisanal ricotta gnocchi, pairing it harmoniously with an heirloom marinara sauce. Savor this delectable dish alongside a fresh farm salad, our signature homemade baguette, and a dessert that encapsulates the essence of the season. This class is a tribute to the Farm's abundant offerings, featuring our house-made ricotta and Farm-grown lavender, infusing every element with unique flavors. The recipe has a rich history, shared during the class as you sip on an invigorating Aperol Spritz.

Regional Salsas

Every Friday

Join us to craft the enticing "salsa tatemada" and other regional salsas, all accompanied by rosemary guacamole and charred habanero guacamole. Elevate your experience as you master the art of crafting corn tortillas from scratch. Our lunch spreads a feast of Baja fish tacos, cilantro rice, black beans, a seasonal salad, coleslaw, and the sweet finale of key lime pie.

Classes are held from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm
(9:00 am to 12:30 pm June through September)

Rustic Ratatouille, Seasonal Tamales & Regional Salsas Class Menu:
MXN 2,465 per person (tax included) | Includes a Farm Tour, a craft cocktail & lunch.

Gnocchi and Rustic Marinara Class:
MXN 2,662 per person (tax included) | Includes a Farm Tour, an Aperol Spritz & lunch.

We offer Cooking Classes on Saturdays based on popular demand and can accommodate private classes upon request for a minimum of 10 adult guests.

When reserving we require a credit card to be on file, this is only to secure your space and does not serve as payment for the class.  If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must do so 24+ hours in advance of your reservation time to avoid being charged the full amount of the activity chosen. Please see our cancellation policy for terms and conditions below.

Are tours and lunch included as a part of your cooking classes?
Yes, all of our cooking classes include a comprehensive Farm Tour and a full lunch, complete with dessert, served after your class.

Can you accommodate vegan/vegetarian diets in any of your classes?
Absolutely, we can cater to vegetarian or vegan diets for ALL of our classes. Kindly inform us of your dietary requirements at least 48 hours prior to your class date.

What do cooking classes include?
Our cooking classes encompass the class experience, a captivating Farm Tour, one of our signature cocktails, a satisfying lunch following your class, and a keepsake recipe book.

Is this activity seated or standing?
This is an active class that involves both standing and walking for extended durations. Comfortable footwear is advised. If you have specific mobility needs, please notify us in advance for suitable accommodations.

Can we order additional cocktails throughout the class?
Certainly! You have the freedom to request additional cocktails at any point during the class through your Host.

Do you offer private classes?
Yes, we offer private classes for a minimum of 10 guests. To arrange a private class and explore options, please contact us at cookingclasses@flora-farms.com.
What is your cancellation + no-show policy?
If you would like to cancel, you must do so more than 24 hours before the activity is reserved.
If you do not notify us of cancellation with more than 24 hours notice, or if you do not show up for your reservation, you will be charged the full value of the class using the credit card on file.

To cancel, please contact us at cookingclasses@flora-farms.com. As long as your email is sent prior to the 24-hour deadline you will not be charged for cancellation. 

Are cooking classes by reservation only?
While we typically require reservations, occasional walk-ins can be accommodated if there are available spots due to no-shows.

Are all of your classes public?
All our classes are open to the public unless a private class has been reserved.

How many people are in your cooking classes?
We host a maximum of 16-17 guests per class, ensuring an intimate experience.

Do you have air conditioning?
All of our activities take place outdoors, embracing the Farm's natural beauty.

Are children allowed in the cooking class? Are children charged a different price?
Yes, children are welcome in our classes! For children aged 11 and under, the fee is half the adult price. Children five and under are not permitted in the class area unless a private class is booked.

Is there an age limit for your classes?
The minimum age for class participants is 5 years. Keep in mind that children aged 14 and under must have an accompanying adult for all our activities.

Is your facility wheelchair accessible?
Our facility is indeed wheelchair accessible. Please inform us if anyone in your group requires wheelchair accessibility or has limited mobility.
